CULINARY ARTS – RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare the daily mise-en-place & meals
  • Assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes & specifications 
  • Monitor & manage proper storage and condition of food stock
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the workstation
  • Adhere to sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Other related duties in the Kitchen as assigned.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 18 years old and above 
  • Studying or recently graduated (within last 24 months) 
  • School, college or university endorsement 
  • Conversational English 
  • Clean criminal record
  • No drug abuse
