  • Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
  • Perform check-in & check-out procedures
  • Providing front desk services to guests.
  • Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
  • Processing guest payments.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone or email
  • Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
  • Communication with all departments to fulfil guest requests
  • Handle complaints & diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests.
  • Other related duties in the Front Office department.

  • 18 years old and above 
  • Studying or recently graduated (within last 24 months) 
  • School, college or university endorsement 
  • Conversational English 
  • Clean criminal record
  • No drug abuse
