Created mid-2014 in Bangkok, Thailand, our business objective was primarily for servicing Host Organizations within the Kingdom of Thailand. Having had a steady growth from 2015 to 2020, RMC progressively added new destinations in Asia to its portfolio. As of today, our company offers placement options in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Maldives, and the UAE.
By arranging Traineeship Programs within the Hospitality Industry in Asia for participants from more then 40 Nationalities, our initial business objective for arranging Cultural Exchange Programs in Asia has continuously progressed. We are affiliated with universities and international partners representatives in 40+ countries worldwide as of today!
Founder & CEO
Mike, Canadian, has lived in Thailand for 14 years. With an educational background related to business & education, and with extensive international travel experiences, Michael leads our international partnerships and business developments.
Mike founded RMC in Thailand in 2014, a company which is for inbound programs to Thailand and Southeast Asia. He is very implicated in the day-to-day activities of the company, primarily involved working with our affiliated Universities, partner recruiting agencies, and host organizations. Mike leads the development and strategy of our company.
Programs Manager & Co-Founder
Thitikan (Aoy), Thai, lives in Bangkok, Thailand. With an educational background related to finance & accounting, Thitikan is responsible for all accounting, legal & administrative operations of the company. In addition, as the Programs Manager, Thitikan is responsible to supervise the quality of our programs and the effectiveness of our work procedures.
Thitikan Co-founded RMC in Thailand in 2014, a company that is for inbound programs to Thailand and Southeast Asia. She is very implicated in the day-to-day activities of the company, primarily involved in working with our host organizations and our team members in Asia.
Mathieu is a Canadian with an International background. He has lived in Europe and in Southeast Asia for the past 20 years. Mathieu has worked in the hospitality industry, and related activities, for over 10 years and has been with RMC for 5.
Mathieu and his team are responsible for the business relationship our company has with our participants. The recruitment team received applications, answers inquiries, and is responsible for pre-screening each potential candidate for our Cultural Exchange Programs in Asia. Having experienced the challenging process associated with finding a suitable work position overseas earlier in his career, Mathieu understands the expectations and assumptions an individual looking for a placement abroad has. Mathieu is also the person responsible for our network of Schools, Colleges, and Universities, in now over 40 countries.
Haervina Rischa or Vina is an Indonesian who is currently residing in Makassar. Vina graduated as a first class honours in Psychology. She has numerous experiences in Education and Human Resources. As the recruitment coordinator of RMC, Vina is in-charge of all recruitment related tasks from documentation to building relationship with potential/current applicants as well as international partners and universities.
Donna from the Philippines is a Communication professional with five years of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, Research, and Development Communication. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. Donna has worked for various international organizations and clients before joining RMC in 2019 to support the team’s Marketing and Publicity efforts.
Mayra, Thai, lives in Bangkok, Thailand. Mayra has four years of experience in the fields of Guest Service. She was a Coordinator at the International University in Thailand before joining RMC. Mayra is responsible for providing customer services to our International Partners, Universities, and Participants. She makes sure that all steps of a participant’s placement journey, from visa preparation up to arrival at the program destination, are well-coordinated.
May, Thai, is responsible for the business relationships with our international Hosts. Before joining RMC, May spent four years in the USA to finish her Master’s Degree in the field of Information Systems Management. At the same time, she was also working with a hotel in the US. May is a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Hotel Business Management.
Harum, Indonesian, lives in Bali, Indonesia. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economy and a specialization in Management. Harum has 10 years of working experience in various companies, and spent 6 years in the field of Education, before joining RMC. Harum is responsible for the business development of our company, to build, engage, and maintaining strong relationships with our Host Organizations. She also supports the pre-screening with potential candidates for our Cultural Exchange Program.
Business Development Coordinator
Rafaella from the Philippines is a Bachelor’s degree holder of Human Resource Development Management. She has 3 years of working experience in the recruitment and customer service industry before joining RMC. Rafaella is responsible for building connections with professionals in the hospitality and management industry, as well as prospection of host organizations.
