RMC Asia is a Bangkok-based organization that promotes Cultural Exchange Programs: an array of internships, management training, and contractual opportunities at luxury hotels and resorts in Asia!

- Open to enrolled students and recent graduates
- For academic credits or practical work experience
Management Training Program
- A management-level training program
- Duration ranges from 6, 12, to 18 months
- Open to enrolled students and recent graduates
- Preparation for future managerial positions
Contractual Position
- A contractual agreement
- Duration ranges from 1, 2, or 3 years
- Eligible for participants aged 18 to 39 years old
- The contract duration is subject to renewal

- Local enrollment assistance.
- Coordination services with the participant’s Educational Establishment.
- English language assessment through interviews and tests.
- English tutoring and coaching services (if required).
- Professional resume preparation service.
- Tutoring for successful hiring interviews.
- Administrative assistance for document preparation.
- Coordination and support for consular services (if required).
- Travel arrangement assistance.
- Facilitating communication among the Participant, agent, parents, school/university, and/or the Host Organization.
- Aid in program-end procedures, including reference letters or completion certificates.
- Assistance in obtaining recommendation letters after a successful internship.
- Assistance with arranging Health, Travel, Accident, and/or Liability insurance.
- Verification of the participating Host Organization and vetting of proposed program details.
- 1-on-1 support through the application process, interview, and onboarding process.
- Administrative assistance with personal document preparation and visa application.
- Online pre-departure orientation.
- Arrival and airport pick-up coordination (additional costs may apply).
- Housing arrangement assistance (if needed; additional costs may apply).
- In-country consular services and visa extension support.
- Visa runs to neighboring countries (participants bear costs).
- Regular follow-ups with the Participant and the Host Organization.
- Support for challenges and emergencies.
- Networking activities.
