INTERN IN SPA & WELLNESS DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assisting spa staff in providing exceptional customer service to guests, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries
● Learning and applying basic spa therapies and treatments under the supervision of experienced therapists, such as massages, facials, and body wraps
● Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms, by performing regular maintenance and sanitation tasks
● Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing spa products and supplies, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels
● Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in spa treatments, customer service, and product knowledge
● Observing and learning proper techniques for operating spa equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and effective use
