Management Training Program offers a valuable opportunity to work in associate-level positions at international-scale hotels and resorts across Asia! It is designed for enrolled students and recent graduates with prior internship or work experience, providing a fast track to managerial-level employment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Above 22 years old
Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, Masters)
Graduates within the last 36 months
A minimum of 12 months' related work/internship experience
Relevant major of study
School, college or university endorsement
Interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English
*All applicants are interviewed by RMC Asia and must be deemed fit and qualified for the program before they are introduced to host organizations for hiring.
