Training Program
The Management Training Program is a career development program. A management level training program for recent graduates with prior internship or work experience. The work-based training aims to further one’s service skills in operations. It is also made to develop supervisory skills for one to become a future manager. A wide range of opportunities are available, offered based on your preferences and career objectives.

For who?
The program is for recently graduated students of undergraduate University studies ‘OR’ for enrolled student for a post-graduated degree. Our Management Training Program is a management level trainee program for young professionals and future hoteliers. The program is for improving pre-existing work-skills and developing supervision & management aptitudes as to enter the global workforce. It is a great way to put an international work experience on your resume. You will experience working in a dynamic multi-cultural setting in a foreign country in Asia or the Middle East.
Seasons and Duration
We recommend applicants to submit an application to RMC 4 to 6-month ahead of time. It is possible for application to be received and processed up to 1-year in advance. The deadline for applying is 2-month prior to last availability.

You may start a Management Training Asia Program any month, all-year-round.
Duration
6, 9, 12-month, up to 18-month
Why participating?
Management Training Program is a 6, 12, up to 18-month career development program. The training activities and job description is custom-made individually for each participant. The Management Training Program is a fast-track to managerial level employment.
Participants will occupy associate level positions as a Management Trainee. Responsibilities will often include shadowing a manager acting as an assistant or junior manager. During the course of the program, participant will be asked to engage in training and supervision duties. You will be expected to act as a leader in operations, to be responsible for the overall department functioning, and for handling guest complaints. Previous work and/or internship experience is required for applying for a Management Training Program experience. One must be mature, motivated and smiling!

Eligibility Requirements
- 12-month prior related work and/or internship experience (minimum);
- Enrolled student (senior year for a Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Degree, Master’s Degree);
- Recently graduated student within 24-month of graduation;

- Clean criminal record;
- Able to pass a drug test (if required by the host company);
- Provide study and/or work certifications (verified);
