It is designed for enrolled students and recent graduates with prior internship or work experience, providing a fast track to managerial-level employment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
22 - 39 years old
Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
Recent graduates within the last 36 months
Minimum 12 months of related experience or relevant educational background
School, college or university endorsement
Interpersonal communication skills
Fluent English speaker
