OUR STORY
2015
The Beginning
RMC Asia was founded in mid-2014 in Bangkok, officially registered as a company in 2015, and started operating under the name of RMC Educational Travel Asia with the primary objective of servicing host organizations in Thailand.Â
2015-2018
Time To Grow
As the demand for cultural exchange programs in Asia grew, RMC’s prospect looked brighter and many popular destinations including the Maldives, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia were added to the list to provide more options for our applicants.Â
2019-2021
No Giving Up
With the advent of pandemic, the hospitality industry was hit hard and many countries closed their doors. Meanwhile, RMC Asia adapted quickly and started diversifying program destinations. We managed to establish partnership with many host organizations from the Middle East, Indian Ocean islands as well as Africa.Â
2022
Forging Ahead
RMC Asia got fully back on track as our primary destinations such as Thailand, the UAE, Qatar, the Maldives, Vietnam, and more, lifted or eased travel restrictions. As always, we continued connecting world-renowned 5-star hotels and luxury resorts with talented individuals, making a positive impact on the hospitality industry.
2025
A Decade of RMC Asia
This year marks RMC Asia’s 10th anniversary! Over the past decade, we’ve expanded to 10 main destinations and partnered with hundreds of leading hotels across Asia. We continue strengthening our networks and building new relationships, driving forward our mission in Cultural Exchange Programs.
