Representing Aydeniz Group, RMC Asia is actively recruiting F&B service & bar operations interns to Aydeniz’s 5-star island resort in the Maldives. This internship is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also provide opportunities for management training and contractual positions in hotels and resorts across Asia. F&B SERVICE & BAR OPERATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items
● Take food or drink orders from customers
● Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room
● Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters
● Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers
● Learning and practicing proper drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
● Assisting in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware
● Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient service

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
