The RMC Asia team is recruiting front office & guest services interns for IHG Hotels & Resorts in Da Nang, Vietnam. FRONT OFFICE & GUEST SERVICES – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications
● Maintain room availability records
● Manage registration and room allocation
● Process payments and issue receipts
● Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
● Handle cash and credit transactions
● Manage guest mail and messages
● Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
● Maintain guest stay records and preferences
● Other related duties in the front office department
