The RMC Asia team is recruiting front office & guest services interns for Regal Hotels International in Hong Kong. This exciting opportunity is one of the available program options in RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also include management training and contractual positions at top hotels and resorts in Asia. FRONT OFFICE & GUEST SERVICES – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications
● Maintain room availability records
● Manage registration and room allocation
● Process payments and issue receipts
● Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
● Handle cash and credit transactions
● Manage guest mail and messages
● Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
● Maintain guest stay records and preferences
● Other related duties in the front office department

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
● Experience in hospitality
● Enrolled students in college or university
● Mandatory college or university reference letter
● Fluent English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
