For who?

The program is for enrolled students in vocational, professional, and undergraduate studies. Recent graduates who wish to gain a first work experience are also welcomed to apply.

Our Hospitality Internship Asia is a practical trainee program for young professionals and future Hoteliers. The program is designed for people who want to gain skills in the service industry. This will enable you to enter the global work force. It is a great way to put a first international work experience on your resume. Also, to experience working in a dynamic multi-cultural setting in a foreign country in Southeast Asia.

Why participating?

Hospitality Internship Asia is a 6 to 12-month hospitality internship program for academic purpose. The Program is tailor-made for vocational, professional, college and university students who are pursuing studies related to the hospitality industry. Participant will gain a first hands-on work experience. The Hospitality Internship Asia Program is a great way for first-time travelers to Southeast Asia to experience working in the Tourism Sector in a new cultural setting!

Participants will occupy guest-service and/or back-office internship level positions. During the course of the program, one will be given the required training to be comfortable in the assigned position and become a great asset to future employers. There is no previous work or internship experience required for applying. One must be outgoing, motivated and smiling!

We recommend applicants to submit an application 4 to 6-month ahead of time. It is possible for application to be received and processed up to 1-year in advance. The deadline for applying is 2-month prior to last availability.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Enrolled student (vocational school, professional school, college, or university studies);
  • Recently graduated student within 12-month of graduation;
  • Accepted major of study: (not limited to)

  • Conversational English;
  • Clean criminal record;
  • Able to pass a drug test (if required by the host company);
  • Provide study and/or work certifications (verified);
  • Able to live on his/her own, or with participant(s) from other countries;
  • Enthusiastic;
  • Financial capability to sustain his/her-self abroad;
