RMC Asia is searching for hot & cold kitchen interns to join a 5-star resort by Paresa Resorts in Phuket, Thailand! HOT & COLD KITCHEN – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assisting in food preparation and cooking
● Preparing ingredients for recipes (e.g., chopping, marinating)
● Ensuring food items are stored properly
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
● Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
● Learning and following standard recipes and procedures
● Assisting in plating and presentation of dishes
● Monitoring food quality and freshness
