HOT & COLD KITCHEN – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assisting in food preparation and cooking
● Preparing ingredients for recipes (e.g., chopping, marinating)
● Ensuring food items are stored properly
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
● Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
● Learning and following standard recipes and procedures
● Assisting in plating and presentation of dishes
● Monitoring food quality and freshness

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
● Specialty in Indian cuisines
● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
