This internship is one of the program options within RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also encompass management training and contractual positions at world-class hotels and resorts all over Asia. HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean
● Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules
● Greet guests warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
● Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
● Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty
● Adhere to the health and safety regulations of the hotel
● Other related duties in the housekeeping department

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
