HUMAN RESOURCES – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team in implementing safety, health, and environmental procedures across the resort.
• Support the team in conducting risk assessments and routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in incident reporting processes and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Support safety awareness initiatives and training activities for team members to promote a safe working environment.
• Help maintain and organize EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with different departments to promote safety practices and environmental awareness throughout the resort.
• Perform other related duties assigned within the Human Resources and EHS functions.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 35 years old 
• Enrolled students (vocational, college, University) of any major
• Recent graduates within 2 years of any major
• Reference letter from school, college, or university
• Conversational English
