Promotion Guidelines
Eligibility, Discounts, and Promotional Periods
The webinar promotion offers a specified percentage discount on RMC Asia’s fees, including the Registration and Professional Services fees, for eligible applicants. The exact discount amount and validity period will be announced during each webinar and will apply only within the designated promotion period.
To qualify for the promotional discount, applicants must meet RMC Asia’s general eligibility requirements for program participation, and be accepted for the programs.
The following candidates are not eligible for the webinar promotional discount:
- Pre-Registered Applicants: Those who have already registered and paid for an RMC Asia program are not eligible.
- Unqualified Applicants: Individuals who do not meet RMC Asia’s general program requirements.
- Students of Partnering Schools with Special Pricing: Students from institutions with pre-existing special pricing arrangements with RMC Asia are generally not eligible for the webinar promotion, unless otherwise determined by RMC Asia’s team on a case-by-case basis.
- Applicants from Partner Agencies: Those applying through or associated with RMC Asia’s partner agencies are not eligible unless a specific project or promotion has been established between the partner and RMC Asia.
- Returning Participants: Former participants who have previously joined RMC Asia’s programs and already receive a returning participant discount.
- Non-combinable Discounts: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, except in certain cases where a Companionship/Referral discount may be applied at RMC Asia’s discretion.
- Promotion Period: The promotional discount is only valid during the specific period announced during the webinar. Applications submitted outside the stated period will not qualify.
- Discretionary Approval: RMC Asia reserves the right to review and determine an applicant’s eligibility for the promotional discount based on the above criteria.
RMC Asia reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately and will be communicated through our official channels.

These Terms & Conditions govern the promotional discount offered by RMC Asia to eligible applicants attending our webinars. By participating in this promotion, individuals agree to comply with these Terms.​
Additional Qualifications for Promotion Eligibility:
• Future Internships: If you plan to start your internship at a later date but complete your registration within the promotional period, you are still eligible for the discount.
• Pending Interviews: If you have an interview scheduled after the promotional period, you may still qualify for the discount, provided you are accepted into a program and register within the promotional period.
• Application in Progress: Applicants with ongoing applications who complete their registration during the promotional period will also be considered for the discount.
