EVENT ORGANIZER – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assisting in the planning and coordination of various events held at the resort
● Communicating with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations
● Assisting with venue selection, setup, and layout for events
● Liaising with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, decorators, and entertainment providers to coordinate services
● Creating and maintaining event timelines and schedules to ensure that all aspects of the event are organized and executed
● Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts to attract attendees to events
● Other related event organizer intern duties

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed

● Minimum 6 months passport validity
