Marriott International, represented by RMC Asia, is looking for talented individuals to join as front office interns at their 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. This internship is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also encompass management training and contractual position opportunities in renowned hotels and resorts across Asia. FRONT OFFICE – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Providing personalized assistance and services to guests
● Assisting guests with making reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other activities
● Serving as a central point of contact for guests seeking information about local attractions, events, and services
● Managing the concierge desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing guest inquiries
● Assisting with the planning and coordination of special events, such as weddings, conferences, and group outings
● Arranging transportation for guests, including taxi services, airport shuttles, rental cars, and limousine services
● Providing language assistance for guests who may not be fluent in the local language
● Other related concierge duties

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity

Please note that all applicants are interviewed by RMC Asia, and must be accepted as seen fit and qualified for the program prior to being introduced to host organization for hire.
