Representing Marriott International, RMC Asia is actively recruiting guest relations interns to join Marriott International’s 5-star resort in Phú Quốc, Vietnam. This internship is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also provide opportunities for management training and contractual positions in hotels and resorts across Asia. GUEST RELATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Review arrival lists to welcome guests
● Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
● Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues
● Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
● Address customer complaints
● Record information in the logbook daily
● Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
● Other related duties in the front office department
