RMC Asia is recruiting skilled interns for the human resources department at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, UAE. INTERN IN HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
● Support the onboarding process for the hotel’s new employees
● Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
● Provide support in employee relations matters including investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on company policies
● Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
● Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and updates
● Other related human resources & training intern duties

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
● Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
