MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Learn the workings of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
● Assist in the day-to-day operations of various F&B outlets within the hotel
● Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
● Participate in the recruitment, training, and supervision of F&B staff
● Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
● Enforce health and safety standards in all F&B areas
● Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
● Adapt to changes in hotel policies, procedures, and industry trends

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● 18 – 39 years old
● Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
● Recent graduates within 36 months
● Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
● Relevant major of study
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Fluent English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
