MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN ROOMS DIVISION DEPARTMENT – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist in handling room reservations, including online bookings
● Learn strategies for maximizing room revenue and occupancy
● Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
● Monitor and manage room status, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards
● Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
● Effectively communicate with guests and other hotel departments
● Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
● Adapt to changes in guest volume, hotel policies, and industry trends

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● 18 – 39 years old
● Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
● Recent graduates within 36 months
● Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
● Relevant major of study
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Fluent English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
