RMC Asia is currently hiring aspiring reception management trainees to join Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Phuket, Thailand! This management training program is part of RMC Asia’s Cultural Exchange Programs, which also offer hospitality internships and contractual positions in Asia’s prestigious hotels and resorts. RECEPTION MANAGEMENT TRAINING – RESPONSIBILITIES

● Learn and assist in the check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests
● Gain proficiency in managing room reservations and updating the booking system
● Develop excellent customer service skills to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
● Assist in processing payments, handling cash transactions, and addressing billing inquiries
● Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
● Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
● Participate in training programs designed to enhance reception management skills

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

● 18 – 39 years old
● Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
● Recent graduates within 36 months
● Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
● Relevant major of study
● Good communication skills
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Fluent English
● Well-groomed
● Pleasant personality
● Clean criminal record
● No drug abuse
● Minimum 6 months passport validity
